Dick Raymond – President (draymond@remintl.net)
Dick Raymond is the President of RI and oversees global management and relationships, providing unsurpassed technical support for developing and applying remediation solutions to surface (vadose zone) and subsurface (aquifer) contaminants. His first bioremediation company, Biosystems, Inc., was acquired by DuPont in 1989. He founded Terra Systems Inc. in 1992, where he served as President through 2025. He holds a BA/BS degree from the American University and an MBA from Temple University.

Tim Pac CPG, PG – Senior Remediation Engineer (tpac@remintl.net)
Tim Pac CPG, PG, is a Senior Remediation Engineer and Professional Geologist focused on the selection, design, development, implementation, and optimization of innovative treatment-train remedial technologies globally. He has provided global support on implementations worldwide and lectured on remedial technologies and safety, received his MS in geology from the University of Rhode Island and holds BS degrees in Civil Engineering, Environmental Planning, and Business Administration from Northeastern University, Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Johnson & Wales University, with over 35 years in consulting and 40 years of remediation experience.
John Raymond – Senior GIS Analyst (jraymond@remintl.net)
John Raymond is third generation environmental professional. John began his career in the mid 1980’s with Biosystems, Inc. working with his Father Dick Raymond Jr, and Grandfather Dick Raymond Sr. His technical background is in Civil Engineering and Geographic Information System (GIS) technologies. John’s focus is on Site Visualization, analyzing, and interpreting site data. He holds AS and AAS degrees from Blue Grass Technical College and The University of Kentucky.
